These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. In case of doubt regarding conflicting interpretation of the English version of the Terms and Conditions when compared to the French one, and although RoadMat made all efforts to make sure the versions have similar meanings, the version of reference will be the French one. Any disputes will be settled by Courts in Lille, France.

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with the law under which the Terms and Conditions are to be construed or if any such provisions are held invalid by a court such provision will be deemed to be restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of this Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
